About the International Drug Reference (IDR)

The International Drug Reference (IDR) has been produced after extensive consultation with GPs, Hospital Consultants, Hospital and Community Pharmacists and academia. The IDR will fill the obvious gaps in current drug directories and aims to become the one-stopshop drug reference for busy physicians at the point of prescribing. This ensures that your advertising and product information is available when key treatment choices are made.
Content Includes:
- Monographs with information on dose, indication, pack size, price, drug interactions, and adverse drug reactions.
- Symbols and icons will highlight information on prescribing in pregnancy, breast feeding, liver disease and kidney disease and drugs in sport.
